Welcome to Devo Connect! We are so happy you are here!
Devo Connect is our online community that empowers YOU, our Devo users, to attain faster time to value from your deployment and supports you through our journey to mastering Devo. It’s a space where you can collaborate with fellow Devo users to share best practices, implement new use cases, accelerate troubleshooting, and build a more powerful Devo platform. That’s pretty great!
That being said, your active participation is integral and foundational to the thriving community we aspire to be. Simply put, we want to hear from you! These community guidelines will help you understand how to engage within the community and give you a sense of what to expect from other users as well.
Your participation here is subject to these guidelines, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms and Conditions.
Be Respectful
We are all here to learn from one another. We have Devo users from all over the globe and we welcome all of you to participate in our community. Please make sure to do your part in making this a welcoming space for all that promotes learning for all. We will not tolerate hateful, offensive behavior or bullying of any kind.
Be Patient
If you’ve asked a question in one location and it has not yet been answered, please be patient. You may not get an all-star answer right away. Give community members and Devo employees time to fully engage with your questions. Please note, our average response time will be 24-48 hours.
Keep it Clean
If your content isn’t appropriate for the workplace, it is very likely not going to be appropriate for this community. Make sure to keep it clean. Content we deem inappropriate will be flagged and removed.
Be Bold! Be Inventive! Engage with the Community!
This community is for YOU, our Devo users, so we want to hear from you! As a Devo user, you have questions to ask and TONs valuable knowledge to share that would be extremely valuable for your peers. If you see a chance to contribute, please do! If you have a great tip, share it! If you’ve got a question, this is the place! If you have ideas for how to make this community even better, let us know! (email community@devo.com).
Our moderators and Devo team members are here to supplement this community with support and helpful content, but the backbone of this community is YOU.
Help us Keep things Organized
We have many Devo experts in this community who are more than happy to share their insights. If you are looking to ask a question or start a new topic, make sure to check out if this question has been asked before or if this topic has been discussed. If after searching you haven’t found what you’re looking for, get the conversation started!
Lastly, please don’t ask the same question in multiple locations. It creates unnecessary clutter.
Protect Everyone’s Privacy.
Do not share any intellectual property or other proprietary or confidential information from your own company or anyone else’s in the community. Additionally, do not share any personal information of others without their consent. We have done our best to give you an option of anonymity in this community while still fully being able to connect with one another and learn. Please do not jeopardize that for other community members.
Be Humble. No Self Promotion.
This is a solicitation free space. Please do not promote or try to sell any of your own products or services in Devo Connect. We are here to offer product knowledge and share tips, not to sell you anything. We expect the same in return. Any posts that are clearly selling a product or service or that contain affiliate and referral links will be removed.
Be an Ally. Help us Keep this Community Safe.
If you see a post or a comment that does not adhere to our community guidelines, click on the three dots on the bottom right of a post and “Flag” it. One of our community managers or moderators will review the post and take necessary actions. We reserve the right to remove any posts or remove users who do not comply with our community guidelines or Terms and Conditions.
If a user posts something that you believe to be spam, please flag the post and we will block the user and delete the post. Do not click on any links it may contain.
