What’s Changing?

The addition of Role Based access controls for Tokens.

How does this work?

Token Info Modal changes:

• Add Token Type information
• Token value visibility changes
  • Only creator of token can view value
  • Authorized user (recepient of token) can view value
  • Admin users who access token details but do not own token will see hashed values
• All users will be able to see the Administration → Credentials → Tokens tab to see all their current tokens.
  • Users with API Credentials Role permission in manage mode can view and manage all tokens.

Who can see this change?

All users can see the new UI,  only Owner and recipient can view token values.

Who can see this UI change?

All authorized users can see Admin → Credentials → Token section to manage their tokens.

Targeted Release date is Monday July 14th 2025.

Increased control over token management.
